  They have a bunch of kids working here. I think one of them got in management and hired the entire friend group or something. Customer service here is nonexistent now smh

  Curtis was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable and helped me get my IRS tax returns mailed on time and efficiently. Aysha and Nargis were also patient despite that I came in 3mins till closing. We appreciate you all! Fave UPS Store: thanks y’all!

  I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received at the UPS Store in Potomac Town Center. Rylee was very professional and thorough when taking my order, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. A special thank you to Dexter, who truly went above and beyond when it seemed like my order might not arrive on time. His constant communication and follow-up calls really stood out, and thanks to his efforts, everything worked out and my order arrived as needed. Thank you again, Dexter!

  I recently shipped an item from this location and made a slight mistake when verifying the address. Once I realized my mistake a few days later, I called and spoke with the store manager, Amir, who was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Amir was able to get in touch with the correct UPS hub in CA, stop the process of the item being returned to me and was able to correct the address and have the package continue on to its original destination. This experience was a pleasant reminder of why always ship with UPS. Try getting this type help from the Postal Service.
