  I’ve taken in 2 returns to this location- one never made it back to Amazon and one ended up being delivered to me. Make sure you get a receipt. This is the worst experience Ive had at any UPS store

  SCAMMERS! Very Frustrating experince. They don’t have printers that can print copies using a flash drive and I asked the lady in the front if there was any other way I can print my copies, and she said she can print them using the computers in the back. She was very sweet in doing so. However, when it came to pay, her manager (I’m assuming) told her to charge a service fee of $5. Mind you, she only printed out 2 pieces of paper, both pages black and white, which probably would’ve been 0.75 cents MAX. Such a rip off and terrible manager. They didn’t even mention this “service charge” before printing my stuff beforehand either. Such a shady business. NEVER coming back here.

  The store is clean, the associates are quick and friendly. The service was fast and the price was fair. Thank you for making it easy.

  Best UPS Store in Woodbridge! The customer service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was carrying four boxes into the store, and the employees immediately came out to help me carry them. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. It’s rare to see this level of customer service these days. Highly recommend this location
