  Ordered online for takeout. The female staff gave my order to someone else. It's her mistake to give it to someone without checking email confirmation. I asked her to make my order, she refused and kept saying that it was picked up. Like a broken record. I asked for the owner or manager. Then another employee decided to work on my order. Mistake happens. But refuse to admit it with the attitude.
