  I was in search of a new insurance company for our cars and home. I had received a flyer in the mail from Imel Allstate Insurance. I liked the flyer so I gave them a call. Marisela took my call. She was amazing. She provided me with quotes in no time at all, then was a great helper explaining all the details of what they offered. She helped us navigate transferring our insurance over to Allstate. I had so many questions during the process and she was very good at answering and explaining. The turnaround time on emails was great. She never made me wait and made us feel very important. The rates were amazing and she saved us $!! In fact, I’m referring my daughter to her for a quote here in the near future. Many thanks, Marisela and Mr. Imel. You have a real winner in her!! Thanks for the great service and we are definitely in good hands with Allstate.
