  Davaun was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to help me create and modify the format for my ticket work, including the names, lines, layout, and other details on the website.   I have tried so many times to give this location a chance but every time I go in there to do anything except the basic act of shipping something (which any pack and ship location can do btw) it’s nothing but excuses about what they can’t achieve. I literally spent an entire day going back and forth trying to get labels printed for my business and spent 5 hours total to end up with nothing. The assistant manager never has a solution only excuses on what she can’t do. Just shaking her head and 🤷🏽‍♀️. It’s infuriatingly incompetent.
