  Terrible customer service. They're rude and ignore you. The staff will make you wait an extremely long time before they even acknowledge you. Better to go to elsewhere.

  I was trying to return a package containing a pair of shoes that I had never even opened. The box was already packed exactly as how I received it. For some reason, the 2 employees were focused on finding reasons to reject the package, claiming there wasn't enough filler material inside the box. I was then told I needed to pay an additional $3.99 for packing filler. I've returned many packages over the years and have never encountered such unnecessary hassle. It shouldn’t be this hard to drop off a package.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Would give 100 stars if I could!) I had the absolute BEST experience at this FedEx location, all thanks to Victoria! I walked in completely unsure of what I was doing, trying to mail a package to a customer. Instead of just telling me what couldn’t be done and sending me on my way, Victoria went above and beyond to find a solution for both me and my customer. She didn’t stop there—she actually took the time to call the receiving customer herself and put him at ease with her professionalism. That level of care and dedication is rare these days! She offered helpful, practical suggestions that worked for both of us and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was her attitude—she was welcoming, patient, and kept a genuine smile the entire time. She truly embodies excellent customer service. Victoria could have easily turned me away, but instead she turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. She deserves 100 stars! Thank you, Victoria—you are appreciated more than you know! ⭐💜
