  A great experience, went in to help my uncle. Spent more than an hour there but without making a decision because of my uncle not being sure if he wanted to switch now or after he's back from his vacation. Person was kind and courteous and remained helpful the whole time.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Roxana and I honestly cannot recommend her enough from the moment I walked in she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of She helped me get my new iPhone 16e and made the entire process smooth easy and stress free Roxana is the definition of outstanding customer service, she was patient knowledgeable and truly cared about helping me find the best option for my needs, she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine kindness. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in helping people, she turned what could have been a long and complicated process into a great experience I left not only with a new phone but also feeling appreciated as a customer.
