  WOW I would just like to leave a shout-out to Maliquè at the cricket in Dale City Blvd, his level of professionalism exceeds the average level of professionalism that I'm used to. His patients with me was comforting and it made me exceedingly glad. His Professionalism made me think he was a Manager. I was well pleased with how he answered all of my questions with no problems.

  I purchased a new android phone from your 4377 Dale City Blvd Woodbridge,VA in late June 2026. Every technician is always helpful and kind. Susana helped me copy my data while explaining what she was doing and told me to come back if I needed further help. I came in another time and Malik helped me. In the past Maria helped me when I first started purchasing my cell phones from your store. I could go to Best Buy but I choose your store & only your store because of your helpful, knowledgeable and kind technicians. I have been a customer for many, many, many years. I would be glad buy all three employees breakfast that is how much I appreciate them! Jim D.
