Ordered footlong sub for me and other subs for my family just last night. Meatball sub was horrible. We ordered two and both was bad. This will be my last time.

Online order never right. When ask for toasted my sub is always cold. Even when I ask for "Extra Toasted" in special instructions it always gets ignored. This was my last attempt at ordering online.

Use to love this store but the last few times I’ve made online orders there’s always something wrong. Today me and my husband made separate orders on the app. I pick them up and it wasn’t until I got home that we realized our orders got mixed up. Our names were on the receipts with separate bags. He had my sandwich and I had his. My sub was double toasted when he asked for his to be double toasted (I did not ask for that). I see now I’ll have to go in and order in person just so nothing gets messed up.
