  This 5 star review is exclusively for a young man named Dominic who was working the floor the morning of July 12. In trying to ship my Amazon return, we discovered there was a glitch with one of the return codes. The first associate couldn't figure it out. (The woman who seemed to be the floor lead that morning was incredibly rude and asked me to get out of the way because they needed the register for the people in line. Actually, she first asked me what the problem was. I didn't quite understand the details on the backend since I wasn't working the register and didn't know exactly what was showing up when they tried to scan the code, so I looked to Dominic. She snapped at me and said these words "I'm asking you, not him!" I started to try to explain and then Dominic chimed in to complete the story, since only he could say what was on the register. Furthermore when she told me to move away from the register, they already had 2 registers going (I was on the third) and there were a whopping 4 people in line.) It took over two hours to resolve this situation with Amazon and Dominic was the one to identify the issue and head me in the right direction with Amazon. Dominic was completely unassuming. He was simply trying to do his job and resolve an issue for a customer. He had a natural patience, and there was such a stark contrast between him and the young lady who seemed to call the shots (I honestly felt embarrased for her). Dominic was incredibly competent, bright and clearly just cared about helping others and doing his job. I work a ton with young adults, have built up a non-profit organization and run international programs and large scale events, primarily with young adults like these. This guy needs a promotion with a raise, or a new job! If you need something resolved at UPS for now, ask for DOMINIC!

  I just dropped off a package here and never have I written a review for a ups store but when I came here today I just was so impressed with Mary and the joy she carries in her I could tell she had Jesus all up in her and I personally just wanted to say she was amazing!!! Give Mary a raise!!!

  I had to ship a small, high value package internationally. The staff were very professional in processing my package. They let me know why it was expensive to ship to France. They also informed me that there could be additional duty charges at the receiving end. When the package could not be delivered the manager reached out to let me know how the packages return would be accomplished. She and her staff were extremely helpful. I will not hesitate to use them again.
