  I arrived to pick up an order but the doors to the building were locked while the open sign was lit up. I called and the person working there wouldn't tell me how to get in to pick up the order. Someone else finally walks by and lets me in the building. I go to the Subway and the same person claims that someone else already picked up the order. I showed her proof that I was the one sent for the order. IF someone else took it, they stole it. She didn't care and refused to do anything. I see here that someone else a couple weeks ago also never got a delivery order. It seems this place has a pattern of stealing money for deliveries and never filling the order.

  Would be nice if I knew what my food tasted like. Didn't even get that paid $44.63 just to wait an hour for my food not to show up. can't get a refund due to the fact that the chick I called at Subway that was supposed to issue my refund, because the money came straight from the store wanted to have a snobby attitude and tell me it was DoorDash. When it was in fact straight through the subway app not DoorDash, they're responsible not doordash, all they can do is cancel the order. But the money has to come straight from the store. Because they're the ones that took it i will be coming in or calling in the morning... thanks a lot for also not allowing my family and me to get our dinner tonight.

  Staff was fast and friendly. I had a little bit of trouble finding the location, but I did find it in the end. It was nice to have something besides the hospital food.
