Had 1 page scan and print. An employee had printer tied up. Waited 20 minutes and left, as did 2 other customers. Came back 45 minutes later. She was still using it. Asked if there was another FedEx that could scan and print. Told me no. No explanation or apology, much less offering to let me do my task. Went back into Walmart and bought a printer so I don't have to use FedEx office again. First bad experience with FedEx office.

We had over 20 cases arriving, then immediately shipping out from this location. Despite our huge needs, Diana and team were incredibly helpful and accommodating!! Thank y'all so much for your patience and understanding. You all deserve a raise just from dealing with us haha

I’ve had an excellent experience with the team at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Susie and Diana consistently deliver top-tier customer service and have provided solutions for every one of my printing needs. What really stands out is how invested they are—they make you feel like they’re part of your business, working alongside you to ensure everything runs smoothly. They don’t just complete transactions; they build lasting working relationships that make future projects efficient and seamless. Highly recommend working with them if you need reliable, professional print services.
