  Recently mailed something through this location because I never had issues with this company before. Then low and behold, I insure a package. And what happens? They "deliver it" to the "correct address and person" and when I check with my customer that they got their package, I get a no. They have not. It was not delivered. Suddenly the $1000 product has disappeared. I go to the store to file a claim and the worker is really surprised there's no photo taken when it was delivered HUH. INTERESTING. I was told I was going to get a call from her manager and I have patiently waited a week. No phone call. No contact. So 1 star reviews across the board. They suck.

  D MY PACKAGE! They LIED and said I “refused the package” tho I was home that entire week sick (didn’t even leave to go to the store). So they’re claiming I paid the 50$ and then chose to refuse the package?? Cute. I called FIVE separate times - on the last two calls the non English speaking reps told me my package was “being released” and would “be delivered within the next 2 days”. More lies. It never came. Called again, they said the same thing. I also asked for a break down of the costs and tariffs which the male said he’d email to me, shockingly no email but he did disclose that 36$ of that fee was a “brokerage fee” on UPS part…the tariffs were only 9$ of the entire fee! Racket. Come to find out they ALSO charged the sender 20$ more dollars on their end. So all in all ups received nearly 70$ for a 5x5 package that they SENT BACK TO THE SENDER! I have photos and proof of all of this. Including ups rolling up to my neighborhood, not getting out of the truck, and leaving! Absolute scammers

  Got in. Mailed a package to the same person as last time. They had all my information and his on file so that makes it so much easier. In and out in under 5 minutes. What more could you ask for???
