  Just ordered online at this store. Went there to pick up and it is closed. No lights on, abandoned. No note or anything. I hope I'll get my money back. Unbelievable

  today is february 19th 2026. i went to go get a sub from the subway on richmond road and as we were going down the line i noticed this sticker with yesterdays date on it. now you might just pass it as a “oh it’s just one thing it probably just slipped by” no i have seen multiple expired stickers and labels at this subway as well as the subway on john tyler highway. they take the stickers off when it gets expired and they put new ones on so it looks like it lasts longer. this is a heath code violation. this is why everyone gets sick after coming here.

  This subway store scammed me. Ordered sub online. Arrived at store at noon on December 22. Store was closed!! Several other customers tried the doors. No notice on door. I called and left message with owner. No response. Owner now claims I picked up the sub. I have not received a refund
