  I came in today Jan 3 2025 around 2-3 pm, excited to purchase a bag from MK just to be extremely disappointed by the staff working this day. It was 4-5 women working on the floor.. not greeted at all when I walked in..walked around the store a couple times looking at the bags and trying them on infront of the mirror.. 1 of the African American workers (woman with curly brown hair in a ponytail I believe)) clearly looked at me and completely ignored me but asked a customer next to me if she needed help finding anything.. was not talked to or helped once by the staff.. I only left 2 stars because I’m happy about my purchase and the white male with curly brown hair at the register was somewhat inviting. No one in there seemed happy at all not even to crack a smile. Please do better at hiring people with customer service skills

  Adrianna was the BEST at customer service I have ever dealt with! She helped a friend and I purchase two bags over the phone and the shipping was free!! It doesn't get much better than that!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OUTLET BRANCH!! SPECTACULAR
