I highly recommend this FedEx location for your printing and shipping needs. The staff is customer service oriented, and focused on exceeding your expectations. Thank you Bill! :-D

  The store employees here have never been overly friendly but today I waited in line behind one person. Another person came in the store after me. When the employee finished with the customer in front of me, he turned to the person who came in after me and asked if he could help him. The other customer told him that I was there first, and the employee emphasized that he had just asked him if he could help him. So he waited on that customer first. When he finished with him, he came back over and took care of my return. Probably the rudest service I’ve had in the business world lately. As a result, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

  They have service till 7pm but nothing gets shipped out the door after the 5pm cutoff. If you happen to arrive after 5pm on a Friday, your shipment waits till Monday to leave on the truck. Most other FedEx Centers ship on Saturday and can deliver on Monday.

  Over the years, my experience at this FedEx Office location has been consistently disappointing, and it seems to match what many other reviewers have described. No matter what time of day I visit, there always seems to be only one employee working the front counter, resulting in long lines and lengthy waits. The pace of service is extremely slow - honestly, it reminds me of the post office, only slower. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there is often another employee working behind the counter in the back, but they rarely acknowledge the growing line or step in to help. There seems to be little sense of urgency or customer service, even when customers are waiting for extended periods. To make matters worse, the store now processes Amazon returns. Many customers require significant assistance with those transactions or with shipping packages, sometimes needing to verbally provide complete shipping addresses, which slows the line even further. That’s understandable, but the store doesn’t appear to have enough staff available to handle the additional workload. Overall, visiting this location is consistently a frustrating experience. I hope FedEx corporate takes notice of the recurring complaints and staffs this store appropriately, because the employees who are working the counter appear to be doing the best they can, but they simply don’t have enough help to keep up with customer demand.
