    The Indian lady at the counter is consistently in a terrible mood whenever I visit. This is not the first time I have had a negative interaction with her. She often comes across as rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, and it frequently feels as though she is purposely trying to create inconveniences for customers rather than helping them. When customers ask questions or need assistance, she responds in a very cold and rude manner. Her tone and attitude make it seem as though helping customers is a burden rather than part of her job. Instead of feeling welcomed or assisted, customers are often left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. What is especially frustrating is that she frequently appears annoyed when customers need assistance. Her facial expressions and demeanor often make it seem as though she looks down on people or does not want to be bothered. Rather than making transactions smooth and straightforward, she often creates unnecessary frustration through her attitude and lack of professionalism. I travel a considerable distance to visit this location, and it is disappointing to be met with such poor customer service. A single employee’s attitude can significantly impact a customer’s experience, and unfortunately, her behavior has repeatedly left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but this has been a recurring pattern, not a one-time incident. I hope management addresses this issue so that customers can receive the courteous, professional, and respectful service they deserve and that many of us have become accustomed to receiving from this location in the past.

    I had a very disappointing experience with the lady working the counter during my visit. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have had a negative interaction with this employee, which is why I felt compelled to leave a review. I was trying to complete an Amazon return, and my phone died during the process. When I asked for assistance, there was no willingness to help, leaving me to figure out the situation on my own. After returning, I was told that my package needed to be in a clear plastic bag before it could be accepted. However, during my previous returns and transactions when other employees were assisting me, this had never been required. The information seemed inconsistent and made the process unnecessarily frustrating. What bothered me most was the attitude I encountered. The employee came across as dismissive, unfriendly, and uninterested in helping customers. I felt treated with a lack of courtesy and respect, which left a very negative impression of the store. As a result, I am hesitant to return in the future if this type of customer service continues. Customer service should be professional, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during either of my interactions with this employee.

    I am writing to document the consistently poor service at the Waynesboro UPS store, stemming from deliberate rudeness by certain staff members. On 5/23/26 late afternoon, I experienced disrespectful behavior from a female associate who ignored my greeting, refused any eye contact, and dropped my receipt on the counter after I was forced to request it. I previously witnessed this same associate be incredibly rude toward an elderly customer to the point that another customer in the store intervened. The attitudes at the Waynesboro location are so bad, I hate to go in there. There is one younger employee with long reddish hair & glasses who is excellent. Other associates (one in particular) provide a hostile environment. Additionally, staff frequently wear unprofessional attire (pajamas) and have children in the work area. This location urgently needs corporate intervention to correct their attitude toward customers. Local management is aware and the behavior continues.
