  I needed some color copies in Warrenton so I went to Staples. It was dirty and their copy machine was broken. No employees were interested in helping me. I wandered down the street and found The Ups Store. Caleb (The tall one as there are two Calebs) was able to print my project and laminate them quick, fast, and in a hurry. I appreciate the whole crew who were friendly and pleasant. I will be bringing my future buisness to them.

  This UPS Store goes above and beyond! I had to send a very unusually-shaped item recently, which was of little monetary value but of great personal value. The first estimates of shipping costs were grim, but Pam worked very hard to find the safest packaging at the lowest cost. The package (which had to go across the country) arrived earlier than expected, and in perfect condition. I’m very grateful!

  I have come to the UPS Store several times and needed help with my returns. Today, I have had remarkable help from a team of employees because I was so confused with my return process. Caleb, Cat and Grant helped me with great patience and kindness. They are all knowledgeable and efficient about how to navigate websites and process the returns. The other employee, also named Caleb was most helpful with other customers while my needs were taking a lot of time to sort out. This is a busy place but they all serviced customers quickly and with a pleasant attitude! Thank you Warrenton UPS Store! From Meggie Long

  Grant was so helpful. I appreciated his knowledge and patience in helping me find exactly how I could get my package where it needed to be on time and at less cost than other options. Excellent help and customer service.
