    I ordered 20 wings, 12 lemon pepper, 8 garlic Parmesan. They screwed up the order. Shorted me two wings, gave me 10 garlic parm and 8 lemon pepper. Seriously, not sure how you can mess that order but they did! I didn’t bother calling them because I was home when I noticed it and I wasn’t going to drive back in that traffic!

    Workers did not have gloves on and the guy making the food was coughing and not covering his mouth and it smelled like straight weed in the back. They also Made the wrong wings and refused to make the right ones and they wouldn’t let me get a refund. Be cautious if you chose to eat at this location it’s very questionable back there

    I had a very poor customer experience at Wingstop. When I came in, I was refused service at the counter and told I had to place my order online instead. There were no signs posted anywhere indicating this policy before entering, and all of the in-store terminals appeared to be fully functional. What’s most frustrating is the lack of consideration for customers who may not be able to order online—whether due to accessibility, lack of familiarity with technology, or simply preference. A business should be able to accommodate all customers, not turn them away without notice. This felt inconvenient, poorly communicated, and dismissive. I hope management takes a closer look at how this policy is being handled and considers the customer experience moving forward.
