  Ordered online well before close came in to pick up the order only 2 workers in the store who kicked everyone out due to it being almost closing and they needed to lock the doors at a specific time. I am currently a general manager this is not how you operate business. There was no manager on duty, a 16 year old girl in the back working the fryer which is illegal anyone under 18 can not operate heavy/dangerous equipment let alone work past 11pm. She had the nastiest attitude which is warranted due to the storm of people and orders but was not acceptable customer service. There was a gentleman explaining why they couldn't ".." this is not how a corporated business operates. They refused to print out my receipt because neither of them knew how to do so and couldn't issue me a refund. I requested the gms info and the manager on duties info, they refused to give me the information at first until I brought up my status in the food industry. They were clicking the completed button on all the orders but refusing to fulfill them because they both claimed that the doors needed to be locked exactly at 1 which is also incorrect. There is ALWAYS supposed to be management of some kind even if it's a store lead on duty to solve issues like this. I did not take kindly to them kicking me out after I spent a good bit of money. This was my first time placing an order with you guys and I was beyond excited to try your wings and now based off of the customer service. I don't want to purchase food from any of your establishments. I'm coming in the morning to complain to a manager. I want the actual corporate number to put in a complaint. This is not how you properly handle the customers and their needs/demands. If this is how you operate some retraining needs to be done.

  Dirty store. Black lady with piercings in her face that worked the counter, extremely rude and unprofessional . I seen no gloves on the cooks, smelled like straight weed, and when I was leaving she was still mumbling her breathe. Why work if you can’t just act polite to the customers.

  whoever was working on Sunday June 21st at around 4pm, I saw a nice lady and a young man in the back, they put their entire soul into my meal. it was the BEST wingstop I have ever consumed. made my day. thank you 10/10

  I ordered 20 wings, 12 lemon pepper, 8 garlic Parmesan. They screwed up the order. Shorted me two wings, gave me 10 garlic parm and 8 lemon pepper. Seriously, not sure how you can mess that order but they did! I didn’t bother calling them because I was home when I noticed it and I wasn’t going to drive back in that traffic!
