  Incompetent and rude. Spent $40 on food for them to mess it up just for them to tell me to bring it back and they could POSSIBLY help. Yeah trash I will not come back.

  Dude was super chill and friendly. Food was actually cooked fresh and done quickly.

  It’s remarkable how a company can keep expanding into new cities while demonstrating that it can’t competently manage the locations it already has. Expansion isn’t success when incompetence scales with it. It demonstrates just how little they care about the quality of their service.

  If I could leave no stars I would . First off they are good with the time it takes to make the food but my order was incorrect . I had to call twice just to get someone to answer and when they did answer they didn’t even offer a apology for them messing up the order or anything ( mind you I already made it all the way home when I realized ) when I made it back they only the wings re-done and not the complete order which I didn’t like because even though the corn was correct but now the corn is old and I got new wings 0/10 all around for them

  I walked in, and it smelt bad which doesn’t matter to much but it adds to it. I got hot honey tender combo. The fries were great so that’s the only reason for the second star. The tenders had no seasoning, only some oil on them. I went to the reviews after to leave one and I see that is a common problem. They also took a good while and my group of three of us were the only ones in there.
