  I was ready to do business, they were not. At 5 PM on July 10th 2026 a sign on the door read "Due to a Worldwide system error we are closed at this time." I depended on accurate hours and they never updated Yep, Google, or website. I had an important document that required mail today with a UPS code.

  Went in super early on a Sunday to print something as this was the only place open and the service was amazing. Maurice was super kind and efficient when I only had a few minutes to print something. It really turned my stressful morning around.

  After trying the landstown center UPS I came here and it was a completely different experience! Carlos was very helpful, kind and considerate even though the huge area rug I needed to return was heavy! He unloaded it with a smile and went above and beyond to be courteous, kind and his customer service was 10 stars! Will never go to landstown UPS store again, this will be the only one from here on out!! Thank you, Carlos for your outstanding customer service and every one on staff there had a friendly smile!
