  Arrived today to get a "Commonwealth of Virginia Affidavit of Trust" notarized. The Notary did not know what the document was and after looking through it, including the personal documents not necessary for a notary to see, his response was, "I better not." Really? This is a very common document and is noted on the UPS website as one of the documents they notarize. A notary should be well versed in documents.

  I want to share the very positive experience I recently had at the UPS store on Birdneck in Virginia Beach. In the past there have been long waits and the team was not very friendly or helpful. But, my last visit was very different! Misty, the new store manager and Zachary an employee were so patient and incredibly kind as they helped me with several Amazon returns. They went above and beyond to help me get the necessary paperwork/labels to make the returns which I had been struggling with at the time. The store was well organized and everyone working was delightful and professional.

  On Monday July 13, 2026 I shipped an envelope overnight and paid $83.81. According to the tracking, it was not received until Wednesday July 15, 2026. The worker at the UPS store on Birdneck Rd. in Virginia Beach, VA told me that I am able to get a refund since it was not delivered the next day. Thank you.
