- MAMichael Arwine1 day ago5.0I shipped some large boxes from Virginia Beach to Texas. There was a lady there that was all decked out in festive America gear. She was so sweet and helpful. She deserves a raise!! I'm sorry but I forgot her name.
- RMRalph Mulleins3 days ago1.0Needed one piece of tape for package. The counter person was so rude, I went else where. Done with UPS stores. Better options exist now.

I was in hurry to get to the airport and all I needed to do was leave my pre-labeled package inside the store with you about 20 minutes before you were officially open. But when I knocked on the door, you didn't answer. And when I called on the phone, you didn't answer. You just looked at me through the glass and held up 9 fingers (9AM). I just needed a little courtesy from you and 15 seconds of your time. Rigidity is NOT good customer service. IMHO.
