  This UPS location had wonderful customer service. The staff member that assisted me was courteous, helpful, and worked efficiently. They were very patient, and even took extra steps to call the hotel to confirm the luggage I was mailing went to the correct address. All while simultaneously helping several other customers who were also there. They were very efficient with great customer service skills.

  I use the 4001 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA for my mailbox, and always have superb customer service, receive timely emails when packages arrive, and have used this location for notary public and shredding services. Always a friendly greeting, and I highly recommend this location! Mr. and Mrs. Patel, their son Sagar, and other employee, Angela, are always friendly!

  I am very disappointed with the service at this location. Every other UPS store I have been to tapes packages at no extra cost. Charging nearly $7 for a single piece of tape—or forcing customers to buy a whole roll—is unreasonable and poor customer service. High quality materialis?????? Its package tape. this is unacceptable

  The guy didn’t like that the amazon envelope type returned without tape. But per amazon return instructions that UPS will do the packaging. Make sure that your employee knows what Amazon requires.
