  Ol’ Thomas sucked and needs some help with customer service. My husband went into the store today at 1645 to make Amazon returns and we were asked for shipping labels, which Amazon said we didn’t have to print. Thomas wanted to charge us for the shipping labels and a vessel to ship the returns in - that’s not what Amazon required. Turns out, we were right. Thomas didn’t ask if we had QR codes for our returns, just shipping labels and wanted us to buy boxes. Neither of us had ever made an Amazon return with UPS and definitely won’t be again. He also cut me off speaking but didn’t do that to my husband. I’m a female btw, probably has everything to do with it. After I tartly questioned if he was going to let me speak, he decided it might be a good idea! In the end we paid only $4 and some change instead of the $30+ it would’ve cost otherwise….and he was going to charge us that amount proudly. So tone deaf in this economy. Won’t recommend this store to any of my military friends shipping presents home for the holidays.

  I come to this one a lot because it’s convenient. But the hours are crazy. I need to drop off a return for Amazon and website says they’re closed?! It’s 6:01. Last month I went on a Friday and again on Saturday and they were closed both days by 6:00! .

  We use this location often for Amazon returns, the staff are always kind and efficient. Even when there’s a long line they never get chippy or short and always seem to be more than willing to help those with questions.

  I cannot recommend this store enough! Zakk took the time to help me print a small batch of 12 brochures. He was incredibly patient, and I never felt rushed or hurried. Even though my order was small, I was treated like I was their best customer. Amy, the store manager, consistently provides exceptional help. You can clearly see how her excellent leadership trickles down to the people she hires. Every interaction I've had at this location is phenomenal, which is exactly why I keep coming back for all my printing needs!
