  They are rarely open during their posted hours of operation. I will go there an hour after the time they are stated to be open and the doors will be locked and not a person is inside.

  I shipped a package overnight, paid the extra money to have delivered the next day. It was not and they refused to file a claim and put a stipulation that I could not file a claim with UPS direct. They gave me the run around about the manager (Beverly) not being available or at the other location (Haygood). But she is never there either. They stopped answering the phone and the inside workers are very unhelpful or willing to help. Absolute worst decision to mail anything through them. If its an important item to you or the person you're shipping to...you better think twice and then go to FEDEX or USPS. I wish I could give a half star. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service.
