  I received excellent customer service today at the 1385 Fordham Dr UPS store in Virginia Beach from Jatlynn Penson and Tyra Anthony. I needed some important documents witnessed and notarized which was completed in a timely and professional manner. The store was very busy yet they both gave excellent customer service to all customers. I was amazed at how they both genuinely smiled, assisted each customer, and were so patient. Both were very competent also. Keep them happy so that we can all keep receiving excellent customer service each time we visit your store.

  I came in here to drop off an Amazon return. All three of the girls that were working had a major attitude and were incredibly rude. Then I set my packages down for them and they grabbed them and one of the girls just threw them in the bin. And I asked for a receipt and she told me they didn’t have one even though it printed. The customer service here is usually great, but my experience today makes me never want to ship things out of this store.

  I don’t think I’ve ever actually been greeted once at this store. It’s usually super busy with just one person doing the register. I’ve had to leave multiple times but honestly it’s more of a customer service that prompted me to leave this review. They will just be having conversations with each other and not even paused to acknowledge you just kind of wave you up and continue their conversation conversations. Two girls the other day did this to me and they were actually talking to each other about how they deserve to be getting a raise. I thought it was kind of comical because of how horrible the customer service is.
