  Dropped off a package on July 1. An eBay sale. I use Pirate ship for the label. I always get a receipt. 9 days later the buyer says they didn't get the package. I can't find my receipt. Ups only shows a label was created. I go into this location asking to see verification of my receipt to show I dropped off the package. Was told they don't hold onto that info. 10 days later. Even if I had the receipt it likely wouldn't matter the package doesn't show it was ever excepted. Im taking this issue of not keeping that receipt data on your computer to a higher level. Not that its going to make a difference but the principal of holding into it for at least 30 days. I filled a claim with Pirate ship in hopes of an insurance claim. It's not likely the package will get there. This location should keep receipt data. It can't be that difficult.

  Jaelyn, and I did not catch the other girl’s name, were absolutely fantastic today as customer-service reps. I came in with some bulky packages and still needed to make some copies and affix labels. Both were super helpful, courteous, and pleasant. Great stuff. I will be back. Thank you both!

  Been dropping off Amazon packages once every two weeks or so, for years. Staff is always on top of things. I’ve never seen them rude. Not discounting someone having a bad day, but I’ve not seen them be anything but helpful- even when customers didn’t know what they needed.

  I received excellent customer service today at the 1385 Fordham Dr UPS store in Virginia Beach from Jatlynn Penson and Tyra Anthony. I needed some important documents witnessed and notarized which was completed in a timely and professional manner. The store was very busy yet they both gave excellent customer service to all customers. I was amazed at how they both genuinely smiled, assisted each customer, and were so patient. Both were very competent also. Keep them happy so that we can all keep receiving excellent customer service each time we visit your store.
