Skinny lady was ridiculously grumpy and rude
The young man behind the counter was there all by himself and the restaurant was packed. That sweet hard working fellow deserves a raise and a management position! He was very good paying close attention to each customer and most people couldn't handle it the way he did!

So my app said all stores in my area are closed. I call the store to ask if there is an issue with the app and if they can price the same in store. The guy working says no very rudely, tells me he has a customer,and hangs up on me. I uninstall and reinstall the app, it works. I go to pick up my food and I tell him you hung up on me. I need the management number or corporate. He says no he is calling the police. I told him to call them. I never raised my voice or was rude to this guy. I have been going to this subway over 10 years never again.

Standing outside at 8.45p looking at the sign that says they close at 9. If you're going to close up at 8.30, then dont tell people you're available to 9.
Raining Sunday Afternoon
Order my meal on their app, says it will be ready in 15 mins. I gave it 21 mins just to be sure I wouldn’t be waiting and the food is ready. When I got there, the worker stop making my sandwich 1/4 way through. They were even that busy. I drove by the shop and there was no one inside ordering. My sandwich was left sitting and worker went on an took other people order. Even when they were finished with the current customers order, they literally finished up everyone’s order and came back to finish mines when all the other customer were being served. I sat there waiting as everyone kept getting their food and I was left sitting until everyone got theirs. I don’t see the point of having the mobile order placed ahead of time and still had to wait like being a walk-in customer.
Definitely not coming back here anymore.
