  Been using this location for a few years and today was the first issue. I just wanted to add salt and pepper to my protein pocket and no option to add it on the ordering kiosk. The employees behind the counter informed me they are not allowed to alter that sandwich. Every other sandwich you can alter but not the protein pockets?!?! That’s is ridiculous; so much for taking care of the customers.

  I like how they don’t honor or participate in any promos because nex takes such a huge bite of their profits

  They always have some good music to go with the great food they serve you. Never had any or will have any complaints! The workers are kind and definitely need more praise 10/10
