  Don’t go to this location - choose Jersey mikes 2 min away. I walked in today, no one was there working at the counter. I waited maybe 5 minutes and was about to leave when a worker in a black hoodie walked up to the front, said nothing to me, walked to the counter on the other side, laid down some papers, then looked up at me and was like “I have to go to the bathroom I’ll be back”. So I left. Went to Jersey mikes 2 min away. Choose Jersey mikes because there they had someone literally say hi as soon as I walked in and I was out with a sandwich within 5 min. I don’t know if I’d even have gotten food if I stayed at subway.

  I've given this location multiple chances and I won't do it anymore. Their ice in the drink machine had chunks of black mold coming out of it I told the guy and he said "oh that's mold, it just needs to be cleaned" okay so are you going to do it? He said I'll get it taken care of later... gross what? He said you can take a bottle drink. I don't go back for months, tried again today and same thing... the guy had the machine taken apart and you could see the black mold caked on the ice dispenser and he said you can still get soda just no ice.... ew no thank you!! Between the mess up of online orders and the drink machine I will no longer come back.

  came in with a few people, but we were in no rush whatsoever and said please and thank you after every interaction but the man behind the counter was incredibly rude. he lied about meat being expired, never changed his gloves even after sneezing and touching the wall. he also threw our bottled drinks into the bag on top of our sandwiches, after hitting the sandwiches before putting then in there. We left at 830 pm and before we did he rudely asked if we were staying because they closed soon but we had no intention on staying. i dont know what his problem was but it was extremely unprofessional
