  I made an online order for take out show up to get my food they gave my food away to a door dash driver so I present my phone with my email of conformation for take out the African American woman behind the register stated well I made it an its gone so what do you want me to do I stated look I dont mind waiting can you guys remake it she stated No I already made it an someone picked it up I said obviously its not me im here with conformation email she again stated what do you want me to do I asked is there a manager or someone I can talk to or corporate office number she stated I dont have a number so I said how do I get my $41.00 back she said I had to go on subway app and dispute it so as im standing in store trying to figure out how to do this thru the app I hear her on the phone with the manger or owner who she said she didn't have a number for earlier she tells him she made my order someone picked it up an that im here and its gone and she told me go back thru subway app and dispute so she says here you go you wanted to speak to him once I said hello he proceeds to tell me door dash says its on way I repeat I didn't order door dash I ordered take out as he continues I said I will go home an check I hand back the phone she says he said hes gonna go check and i guess be back what do you want me to do I turn around and said I wont be back I get home of course nothings there I call back to the store same woman answers I stated im home nothings here an I thought yall should know she said well I can remake it and you can come back and get it and I hung up! The reason im even doing this review is simple I was calm the entire time yall let someone take my food $41.00 my response when it wasnt there was i dont mind waiting can yall just remake it im told No then after all this and a drive back home when gas is 5.00 fr an when I call yall back you finally offer to remake when yall gave my food away in the first place absolutely not I paid for a service that wasnt met I neither got food nor money back yet and I was kind its principle I will never go back to this location I think everyone should know bc all yall had to do was remake my subs thats all I wanted!

  Went in to get my family subs for dinner and the lady working behind the counter was extremely rude . She wouldn’t listen to the things i was asking for and got mad when i had to correct her . She kept rushing us being very short with us she was clearly very annoyed we had come in which isn’t our problem that’s the job you chose to do . I didn’t even end up eating my sandwich because she put mayo on it and i never even asked for it . I suggest finding a different subway to go to .

  Unprofessional, unfriendly and the worst customer service ever. The African American lady was actually kicking me out of the store! She is always annoyed and angry. Please keep your personal problems out of the customers' view.
