My mobile order was ready a few minutes early and I was able to grab it and go very quicky. The sandwich was exactly what I ordered and filling. I have had success with mobile orders multiple times here.

Abysmal Service and Lazy Corporate Greed – Avoid This Place

I used to enjoy Subway, but my recent experience was nothing short of insulting. The decline of this franchise is fully on display here, and it is honestly pathetic.
First, the staff is completely unprofessional. I walked in expecting customer service, and instead, I was treated like a nuisance. The employees were disengaged, rude, and clearly didn't want to be there. There was zero effort to be helpful or polite.
But the real kicker is this awful new corporate push to force paying customers to use a kiosk. I am standing right in front of a counter, yet I am expected to tap away at a dirty screen because your employees are too lazy to do their jobs? It is ridiculous. Subway’s whole concept was "making it before your eyes," interacting with the person making your food. Now, you’ve replaced human connection with a soulless tablet just to cut corners.
If I wanted to order from a screen, I would have ordered delivery from my couch. Forcing customers to do the work while the staff stands around doing the bare minimum is a joke. This isn't "Eat Fresh," it’s "Eat Elsewhere." I won't be coming back until you bring back actual customer service.
