    I love this Subway! In my opinion, it is the best one in the area. The veggies and bread are always very fresh and the people who work there are very nice. Shout out to Hasan! He’s such a nice person, always friendly and makes a great sub!!

    If I could give zero stars i would. Very rude and unprofessional. I am a past subway manager and know how most things work. For 1, this location was dirty. The CCC was GREEN. Veggies did not look fresh. Despite all of this I was going to give them a chance. I should have just walked out. I ordered a turkey sandwich, they put 8 slices of meat, told me it was 10, but subway standards call for 12 slices. We said whatever and wasn't going to fight over it. We were hungry. Get to the register, put in my number, and they proceeded to tell me I couldn't use my subway rewards for the sub? Why? Something about the manager locking the option? Yet the other subways allow us to use our rewards that are owned/managed by the same guy? I walked out. I wasn't paying $15 for a dirty sandwich with 8 slices of turkey. Not a happy customer and will NOT be returning to this location. Ever.

    While visiting family in the Virginia Beach area, we ordered 2 footlong sandwiches on the subway app, using the BOGO promo. We also placed the same order the previous week at a subway in Pennsylvania. Despite the fact that the sandwich orders were essentially identical, the actual sandwiches were nothing like eachother. The Great Neck subway skipped on the proteins (meats), didn't add all of the items selected on the app, and did add any of the shakers, making the sandwiches tasteless and not filling. BTW, this is not our usual experience with subway--we have eaten at many subways across the US and this is the first time we were very disappointed with our order. As a result of this experience, we will not be ordering from this subway in the future. Hopefully management will read this review and address the multiple concerns raised.
