  LOVE the staff here! Herb and Candace are wonderful. Very informative, helpful and friendly. It is always a pleasure coming here. I wish they would get a drop off box for the people who do not want to enjoy their interaction.

  Let me tell y'all, please go see Mr Herb at this FedEx location. The traffic flow is a little wonky, so that it sits right in front of a stop sign. I was hesitant to stop there because I had a huge package and didn't know if I could carry it in considering it was stop the flow of traffic. Mr Herb was wonderful enough to come out and help me to bring the package inside with his bare hands, I thought this was wonderful customer service and for that he gets five stars thank you so much for knowing what it takes to serve your customers well this is a great reflection on FedEx as a whole

  Evan couldn't be bothered to look up from the sticker he was cutting out to help me redirect my package. Just told me to keep waiting on hold with the automated phone service.
