  I will go out of my way just to make sure I stop at this FedEx location! It’s rare to find this level of genuinely outstanding customer service, and Herb and Bryan are truly exceptional. I usually stop by during my lunch break, and every time I walk in, I’m greeted with friendly, smiling faces. If Bryan is already helping someone at the counter, Herb comes right out from the back with a smile, asks how my day is going, and makes sure I’m taken care of right away. They never leave customers standing in line waiting. Even when my package is already signed and sealed and I could easily use the self-service kiosk, they always invite me to the counter and say they’ll take care of everything. It’s such a small gesture, but it makes a huge difference. They are friendly, efficient, hardworking, and truly put the customer first. I genuinely look forward to seeing them when I stop in! Candace, you have an amazing staff, and your store is always impeccable. Herb and Bryan are wonderful examples of what outstanding customer service should look like. Thank you for making every visit such a positive experience.

  Had to drop off a package and it had to be handed to a FedEx agent. It contained medical lab work that needed to be shipped quickly. This FedEx office had agents available during the day and my package was taken right away. Easy to access this FedEx office and there was plenty of free parking available.
