  Wonderful service. Needed a number of items printed quickly for our wedding and Brent made it all happen! He was helpful, kind, and patient. Shortly after, had to make another trip in to sort out some packages and Lori was so sweet and helpful. She even asked about the wedding :) best fedex ever!!!

  I am traveling and had a need to ship a high value item. I found my interaction off putting at this location. The customer service person asked me "what's in the box". I replied "a package". When I asked her if she would tape the box secure for me, she replied, "yeah, I'll do it..: long pause...have a nice day" I said, "Can you tape it now while I'm here?" She proceeded to tape the box. I thought offering an explanation that I had an experience where an item was removed after I walked out (at another location). To which she replied. "next time do it yourself" That didn't sit well with me. 07.16.26
