  Our house printer has been broken forever and I needed some stuff printed. Guy behind desk was informative and helpful, able to help others while I set it up and check back in on me when I was done. Explained everything and personally made sure I got what I needed. Great experience.

  Didn't see a name tag. Girl didnt say 2 words to me when I dropped off a box just now. No wonder they're rated poorly!!

  The person who helped me was named Rick located at 3388 Princess Anne Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23456. He did an outstanding job! Went above and beyond everything I could’ve imagined! I was shipping out a broken laptop for parts and he managed the crowd like a wizard, and was so nice to everyone and got everyone out the door conveniently, and on time. The reason why I’m writing this review because I was having a really stressful day, nothing was going right for me and Rick’s outstanding customer service really changed my day for me and helped me ship my package with ease and was so nice! I cannot recommend Rick enough and I really hope this speaks just how highly his awesome customer service really was! I really hope review this helps him, and you should acknowledge him for his outstanding professionalism and his unbelievable speed and efficiency and kindness helping customers!
