  Went to this cricket store to upgrade my dad’s phone and add another family member to my plan. The manager on duty helped out with a smile and all seemed well. Then the bill came due and we saw that he added cricket protect on to their accounts without asking or informing us. This is an incredibly shady sales tactic, deplorable really. Check your pin pads and receipts at this location, y’all, or just go elsewhere.

  We’re on a family of 5 plan through Cricket service. Our cell phones were hacked causing so much stress as you can imagine having to shut down bank accounts etc. Daniel was so knowledgeable, funny, sweet & so kind to walk us through the process of what to do to keep our lines protected! Give this man a raise he deserves it!!!

  Was given a different phone than the one I asked for, promised it had the same specs...... it didn't..... called to complain was promised the correct phone but told to wait until after the 7 day return policy they apparently have contacted the district manager and he was even more rude, switched phone companies today...... Adrian and Daniel are trash people

  Unable to refund a charging block I had bought less than 24 hours before. Sold me the block for 70 same exact block on Amazon for 30 dollars. The worker was nice and super helpful wasn't there fault but the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.
