  Very bad customer service they tried banning me from the store and I wasn't even in the store and the customer service was very horrible and very harassing and I'm a cricket customer and I don't appreciate the disrespect I got today

  Tiara helped me so much. She was awesome. I came in because I needed help after losing my phone. She got me a new phone connected and working with my old number within 30 minutes it was all done. I also came in with my baby and she was so friendly with her. Thank you so much Tiara ❤️

  I had a young lady add my card to autopay under the assuming my bill would be paid. She only added the card but didn’t take payment and promptly sent me on my way. I made it to another location, whose store manager that informed me that my bill wasn’t paid and that I had to add my card seven days before the bill was due for it to take the money out properly. I had to pay a hefty late fee and missed out on important calls that morning.
