I recently had an issue with a battery I had purchased from the store. I spoke with the store manager, Ms. Jinx, who was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. She was kind, patient, and took the time to speak with the mechanic to fully understand and address the problem. She ultimately replaced the battery when it was determined that a replacement was necessary. I am very grateful for her excellent customer service, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile to help. Thank you, Ms. Jinx, for all your help and for making the experience so positive.
