  I had a great experience with Nick at Advance Auto Parts. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help me figure out the issue I was dealing with on my car. This was actually my second stop after not getting the answers I needed elsewhere, and Nick went above and beyond to help diagnose the problem and point me in the right direction. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. He was patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. I really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend asking for Nick if you need assistance!

  I want to the store the other night within 1 hour of it closing. I needed windshield washer fluid. The kind, young man helped me find the section with the fluid. He carried the one I chose to the checkout counter and I went to my car to fill the reservoir. I haven't had the car long and the hood would not open. I went back into the store asked him for help and he came outside and opened the hood for me, explaining that sometimes there is a little trick to it. I told him I was just trying to fill the reservoir. He insisted that he do it, went to get a funnel and kindly filled it for me. He was very professional and respectful, addressing me as ma'am. This was a great experience and I really appreciate him going above and beyond.
