  My problem is not with this store but with Cricket service. My buying experience here was average. I broke my LG phone with BOOST and was told there that model phone was no longer available. I found an exact replacement at the Vinton Cricket store. So I switched to Cricket. Cricket monthly service cost about $5 more a month but I wanted that exact phone. So the problem is Im tired of being interrupted by ads when trying to use the phone. Even while trying to type this a facebook ad with guy clicking his head interrupts my typing. Im so sick of being nterupted by ads and this ad has popped up like a 100 times in the last week. I googled and cant change this phone to BOOST. Never had this problem with them. Other ads interrupt also. So im paying $5 more month to be interupted by ads. I have over $100 invested in the phone but Im considering changing service even if i have to buy another phone. Also I live on top of a hill in the heart of Roanoke and often barely get one bar. Sometimes lose service. P.S. After writing this I "tried" to voice google something and before I could say it, I WAS INTERRUPTED by an ad. Urrrggghhh!!!!!!!

  Sabrina is awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She did not employ high pressure tactics. Truly an asset to Cricket. May be switching from Verizon soon. Cricket has much better, no nonsense pricing with no hidden fees. Coverage, at least in this area is as good as Verizon (verified by family and friends that use Cricket).
