I was at this subway location to order dinner and I was amazed at the speed and accuracy of my order. Raj was very good with service and a very gentle person to talk to while I paid for my order. Thank you guys for doing wonderful job even at midnight !!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway! The restaurant was spotless, organized, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The food was incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared, and tasted amazing.
A special thank you to Mir for the outstanding customer service. He was very polite, friendly, and attentive, and made sure my order was made perfectly. It’s rare to see someone who truly cares about customers and keeps such a positive attitude. Mir made the whole experience even better.
I highly recommend this Subway location to anyone looking for fresh food, fast service, and a clean environment. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
Paid extra for double tuna and barely got more than a normal portion. When I asked about it in-store, they tried to tell me it counts as “double meat” because the tuna was “on both sides” of the bread, which makes no sense since tuna is normally spread across the sandwich anyway.
This isn’t the first time the portions here have been inconsistent either. To make things worse, getting a refund through the app is unnecessarily difficult for a simple issue like this.
Would not recommend ordering at this location.

I’m extremely disappointed by the customer service I received at this Subway location around 7:00pm. From the moment I walked in, the employee made me feel completely unwelcome and ignored. She continued putting dishes away without acknowledging me, making eye contact, greeting me, or even saying a simple ‘I’ll be with you in a moment.’ I was left standing there awkwardly wondering if anyone was even going to help me. Basic customer service and courtesy were completely missing.
When she finally came over to take my order, the attitude continued throughout the interaction. The entire experience felt cold, dismissive, and unfriendly. What frustrated me even more was how stingy she was with the vegetables. Every topping — spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives — was being added in tiny amounts, literally one or two pieces at a time. I had to repeatedly ask for more after almost every topping because the portions were so ridiculously small. It honestly became uncomfortable and frustrating having to keep asking over and over again just to get a normal amount on my sandwich.
As a paying customer, I should not feel like I’m begging for vegetables on a sandwich I’m purchasing. The employee’s lack of warmth, lack of attention, poor attitude, and unwillingness to provide reasonable portions completely ruined the experience for me. Customer service is not just about taking an order — it’s about making customers feel acknowledged, respected, and comfortable, and this experience failed in every way.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this interaction genuinely left a bad impression on me. Management seriously needs to address the professionalism and customer service at this location because no customer should be made to feel ignored, awkward, or like an inconvenience the moment they walk in.

If I could leave no stars I would. Just got home ready to take a bite of my sandwich and looked down and there was a long black hair intertwined in my sandwich. I’m disgusted, and honestly I don’t see myself going to any Subway locations anytime soon. What happened to hair nets??
