I went here a minute ago to drop off my small, prepaid shipping box. The staff member told me to scan it myself and get a receipt. She wasn't busy at all; she just looked like she didn't want to help customers or do her job. I decided not to drop off my box here and will be going to a different FedEx location instead. The store manager needs to retrain the staff on customer service and attitude.

I’ve been a regular customer at this FedEx Office for about 20 years. Recently the manager Jacqueline would not let me use a larger cart that was available to move my boxes. This made the process harder than necessary and didn’t feel like good customer service for a long-time patron.

I had (9) shipments to prepare and Maria was incredibly helpful and thorough. Thank you for your help!
