  I had to prepare an international pick up. It was so confusing to do on their app and they’re 800 number was useless. Thank goodness I went into the office at pipe Plaza and there. I met Andrew. He was very helpful and was able to help me figure out how to create a label, retrieved my lost item from the country. He was very patient and took time to help me

  The absolute worst customer service from ETHAN, arrogant, rude, this worker clearly doesn’t know customer service and hates his job. I however would like to thank Myles for stepping in and making my experience way better, Myles is very knowledgeable and explained the whole process with a calm and respectful manner. Please re train Ethan and tell him how he should speak to customers. I would have given a 5 +++stars if I had to deal with Myles from the beginning!

  I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction with the service provided by Alex and Ryan. I found their customer service to be extremely poor. They were not helpful and essentially instructed me to handle everything by myself rather than providing the necessary support. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure better service in the future. Regards,
