  My wife’s AC was blowing hot air in her Audi. I think she was provided and estimate of $500 to diagnose and repair. I dropped by Advanced Auto in Vienne and the team there helped me identify the correct Frion replacement canister and ensured it fit the input tube. Presto less then $75 later I had cold air!! I also got replacement cabin and engine filters for my son’s Civic. This store rocks if you are willing to roll up your sleeves a bit!

  Bought a battery last night ; didn’t have my tester with me to confirm battery was good installed in vehicle and tested immediately only to find new battery has more resistance that the older battery; went back and found Sherry S - told her that I want to return battery and want my old battery back- she said she must test it but her tester has no display for resistance so she tested the battery and claimed that she ran a test and the alternator is bad and only showing 12.5 volts told her this is crap as I just tested the staring and charging system and I show 14.4 volts she insisted that the alternator is bad and that’s the problem would not exchange the battery just installed and would not return this new battery that shows 4.8 ohms of resistance she is a fraud and I am a 20 year certified tech that’s shocked about the lack of resolve and Sherry’s lack of education

  Super friendly and helpful staff. Jonny set me up with a new battery after my battery died, in the humid summer of Vienna. Awesome guy! I tried to offer a tip or any monetary compensation for his extra care but he humbly refused. Definitely going to be my go to place for my car - just because of Jonny's customer service.

  Came in with brake lights that wouldn't turn off and staff was incredible. Dave was great; he patiently helped me diagnose the problem and even set me up with a wrench to remedy the issue with very clear instructions. I genuinely could not ask for better customer service - I offered to compensate Dave and Kyle for their time and they refused. Will certainly be returning!

  A few weeks ago they solved a problem for me, had a bathroom fixture with a weird hex type slot. Woman found an 8 dollar swiss army knife like set, came home, tried it, 3rd one I tried fit. Got it fixed. Thanks guys (well gal!). Nice store as well.
