Subway stole my money. Placed a mobile order, worker waited till I got there for pickup to tell me they didn't have what i ordered, which is fine but I asked for a refund. What isn't fine is she told me it was my job to cancel and request a refund on the app, was super rude and dismissive since "she doesn't have anything to do with the app." Well, the app has no interface to cancel the order or request a refund, yet the order that was never made says "picked up" on the app. Cant even find customer service help on the app. I even called different locations to ask for help on what to do, every single Subway employee has no idea how the app works and how to properly cancel an order and place a refund request. Cannot find a customer service # or email anywhere, so now I have to contact my bank to dispute a sandwich.

The Food isnt fresh at all. The guy behind the counter smokes then makes the food. He never washes his hands. On top of that, he cant even understand basic English
