  my third time trying this subway and nothing has changed everything dose not taste fresh I recommend going to subway in south hill va .

  Subway stole my money. Placed a mobile order, worker waited till I got there for pickup to tell me they didn't have what i ordered, which is fine but I asked for a refund. What isn't fine is she told me it was my job to cancel and request a refund on the app, was super rude and dismissive since "she doesn't have anything to do with the app." Well, the app has no interface to cancel the order or request a refund, yet the order that was never made says "picked up" on the app. Cant even find customer service help on the app. I even called different locations to ask for help on what to do, every single Subway employee has no idea how the app works and how to properly cancel an order and place a refund request. Cannot find a customer service # or email anywhere, so now I have to contact my bank to dispute a sandwich.

  I used to love this subway ! Today however the man making my subs was to busy talking to his co worker to bother paying attention I had to repeat the subs order several times as I was ordering 5 subs and he still got 2 wrong I asked for sides of pickles and pepper to which he gave 1 small side cup of each ,the pickle cup was half full, (I even had offered to pay for the side cups) for 5 subs And unless Subway changed standards it was like half the meat. Quality and customer service has nosedived at this establishment.
