They originally messed up my order yesterday, but I was prompted to come back so they could make things right and fix my order. When I arrived Amari didn’t hesitate to remake my order. He was very polite and provided excellent customer service. The manager later came over, and apologized again for the mistake and was very professional. Thank you to the Suffolk Wingstop for making this right, and I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Ordered a 6 piece (bone-in) wing combo w a brownie. I ordered at approximately 9:30pm online and didn’t get my food handed to me until 10:45pm. The wait was just ridiculous. If you are in a rush please keep going and spend your money elsewhere.

Got order wrong twice. No refund! Only received half of the order of wings after waiting for 40 mins past the time I was suppose to receive my order. Do not go here!
