  I wanted to say the young boy that works the front is always in wonderful spirits even when there is a line out the door. He’s a great employee and holds it down without getting frustrated. He’s definitely a keeper. :)

  I have walked into this location with 20 people in line, the Amazon self-service kiosk down, and the staff completely in the weeds, and somehow they are STILL helpful, patient, and thorough. That says a lot about a team. Today, I came in with several Amazon returns and someone was already using the kiosk. I was perfectly happy to wait, but CJ waved me over and had me taken care of lightning fast. He was super friendly, efficient, and made the whole process ridiculously easy. The Amazon kiosk is such a great resource to have, especially when you just need to get in and out, but what makes this location even better is having a staff that doesn't just rely on the technology. When there's a glitch, the kiosk is busy, or the store is absolutely slammed, they jump in, work together, and keep things moving. I've seen them handle some seriously busy days, and they consistently do it with kindness and professionalism. Today was just another reminder of why I appreciate having this store so close by. CJ, thank you for getting me in and out so quickly today! You were awesome! ⭐️

  I had a great experience at UPS today. Elliott made me very welcome from the time I walked through the door. He was very attentive and took care of my needs quickly and with a smile.

  I came in right before closing, I feel bad if that happens. But Brianna greated me with a smile and helped me with my package . Couldn't have asked for more
