Walked in to do an Amazon return today, self help kiosk was down and went to counter and the three people behind counter, in an empty store, just looked at me like I was ruining their day. No one asked if they could help, just looked at me. Finally had to say I have an Amazon return. None of the associates say anything, one girl finally turns toward me. Did not direct me to a counter just stood there few steps back and I had to hand her package and cell phone with QR code over a computer. Scanned code and handed receipt without saying one word. Think I will start looking for another ups store to use. The last two times I have to send a package it was this same apathetic attitude towards having to do work from the assiciate and today was just the final straw.

I will never visit this store again. Chesapeake it will be. This is not the 1st time I have come in this store and an associate named Carla needs to learn customer service skills and not talk about other associates to customer's. That is very unacceptable and inappropriate! I don't want to enter a store and hear her rudely talking down to other's. She needs to disciplined. I am a manager and I wouldn't approve of this behavior. Act your age and not your shoe size. Where is Ms. Ty?

I come here frequently for easy Amazon returns. The customer service is never good and the staff is always rude. Cecilia was quite unprofessional today when she decided to throw my Amazon returns to whatever bin she was aiming for behind the counter while she was busy complaining to her co workers about her personal life. I would rather go out of my way to go a different UPS.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Ashley’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional even though I followed all instructions correctly and remained respectful the entire time. The way I was treated made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management reviews how customers are being spoken to at this location.

Rude staff. Refused to make copies or even try. Refused to call their manager.
All I wanted to do was make copies for envelope labels.
Continued to say they are under new management but had no solutions. And obviously if they’re not allowed to call the manager, there’s a problem.
I do not recommend this branch.
