  The worst customer service ever. CJ should be retrained on acknowledging customers and how to manage the front desk. Upon arrival, he hand signaled me to put my package on the scale. He didn’t open his mouth the entire transaction. Extremely rude!

  Wow - what a great experience I just had at the Suffolk, Virginia UPS store. Happy employees. Happy customers. And Tiffany, who helped me, was wonderful, helpful and kind. The world needs more people like her. ❤️

  Went in to today to send a fax and the young black lady with braids who has been extremely rude to me before was like "We can't fax" I left and went to Portsmouth Blvd.

  The Staff was extremely unprofessional. One young lady was angry that an older customer was struggling to produce a return code on her cell phone. She was so frustrated she was rude, shaking her head, shoved a return off the counter onto the floor to help me at the other end. The second young lady stepped over to help me at that point, I made a comment about it being a Monday and she stated that "it's always like this." The whole transaction was awkward and then she repeatedly told me I cursed her because her label printer wasn't functioning properly. Hopefully management sees this comment and helps these ladies out with some training and maybe some oversight.
