  I don’t know if it’s all of Suffolk as far as their customer service but this store gets packed and they are so dam slow. It’s bad, customers be wrapped around the store trying to ship items.

  GO ELSEWHERE. Truly an atrocious experience here. They can’t print off a label, misprint the address that is clearly on there. I’ve had to pay for gas twice now, they overcharge, and my package still didn’t send. Incompetent—go to USPS instead. Package spoiled during their computer outage fiasco.

  Have used for printing & shipping services in the past, always quick and easy with pretty good customer service. Recently found myself in need of a notary and popped in. I wish I would've caught the young man's name that notarized my docs, he was friendly and most efficient. We were in and out in a breeze with zero wait time.
