  Walked in at 530.. only one person in front of me. I sat there for almost 20 minutes and watch them make literally probably 15 online orders while they had in store customers just standing there. I finally had to say something to speed up the process so I could get out of there or I was going to be late for work. Thanks to the guy who let me cut in front of him but that is ABSOLUTELY insane to have customers waiting IN STORE while you only prioritize online orders. They could've taken a break every few sandwiches to get the customers waiting in line but to think it's ok to have people waiting that long while u take your time prioritizing online orders is unacceptable.

  They was so nice to me... excellent service..I love eating at subway so I appreciate the nicest people... 6/3/2026 still love this subway.. its the best in Suffolk VA Thank you 😊 🙏🏾

  Came in...I was the only person in line...the lady said give her a second and went to the back...I guess they are making catering orders...but should I have to wait for 15 minutes ...her name was Donna...they are so rude...I stop there thinking it would be quick..slow...

  Ordered online PayPal paid them got to this location and my order was not received. Not only am I out my money they refused to give me my order after I showed them the transaction on Paypal. Worse part is the manager didn't care at all. She wouldn't give me contact info for customer service or the owner of this location. Horrible customer service and the manager had no clue how to handle the situation.
