  This location is an absolute disgrace. We ordered footlongs for pickup, and from the second we walked in, the customer service was beyond horrible. The employee, Bitti, was unbelievably rude and arrogant. She made me repeat the pickup name again and again, each time with more attitude than the last. When I questioned why she asked for my name multiple times, she snapped, “can’t I ask your name again. ” With lots of attitude. Instead of acting like a professional, and answering in a calm manner, she responded angrily. Our order was completely messed up, with items missing and sandwiches made incorrectly. After reaching home, I called the store asking why things are missing and the sandwich being made incorrectly. Bitti picked up the phone and stated “There are many other Subways in the area. Go buy sandwiches from there. Why here?” I’ve never had an experience like this in the past. If this is how this store treats their customers, I would suggest boycotting this store and purchasing a sandwich somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location completely. There are many other subways nearby who actually appreciate their customers.

  Me and my husband went here to get dinner because we didn't feel like cooking. As soon as I walk through the door I'm smacked with a super strong perfume smell like I just walked into a bath and body works or Sephora. I have asthma so I was covering my nose coughing and as I'm struggling to breathe because these two girls behind the counter who wanna drench the store in perfume their giving me the most evil looks and putting almost nothing on my sandwich. It was basically bread. Overall wouldn't go here. And to the older and younger Indian women behind the counter you don't have to drench the store in perfume then get mad and give evil looks when someone's struggling to breathe because of your actions. It's rude and disrespectful and is also a major health code violation spraying all that around open food. I could taste it in my sandwich. Someone needs to do something about this. Oh and I forgot to add. I got a bag of chips ate one chip and could tell it was SUPER stale. Then I looked at the bag and they were EXPIRED.
