    Unprofessional. Wanted $4 to print out a return shipping label and snickered when I said it was a scam. Waited in line for 10 minutes and only one person working. Poor customer service.

    I had a great experience at this UPS Store today. I needed to return several packages and print out some documents, and the entire process was seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The store itself was very clean and well-organized, which made the visit quick and easy. Highly recommend!

    I visited this UPS Store today and had a really frustrating experience. The store was extremely hot because the AC wasn’t working, and there was no ventilation at all with all doors closed. With people constantly coming in and out, it felt suffocating and smelled stuffy inside. On top of that, there was only one employee handling a long line of customers, which meant a very long wait in these uncomfortable conditions. This is completely unacceptable. If the AC is down and staffing is this limited, the store should not be operating like this. I couldn’t wait to leave.

    Felt like I was a a bother and it just doesn't appear to be run professionally. We do a good amount of business at the UPS Store. What we like about the UPS Store, as a very small business that mails packages a few times a week, is they are a local shipping resource, they can pack a shipment if we can't, and when we are shipping by another method than UPS (specifically USPS) they accept those packages as well. At our local UPS store, this is always the case. I happened to be at this location because I was doing business in the same shopping center. I brought my USPS package in and was turned away; told, we take USPS, but only small sizes and wouldn't accept my package. I left, and went to my local UPS Store, where I should have gone from the start. They greeted me, promptly took my USPS package and told me it would go out today. No issues whatsoever. And, this is a small thing, but my local store, they are in the UPS Store shirts and look uniform. Here, they were in their own t-shirts and generally looked messy. Like a makeshift operation. I wouldn't return to this location, even if I was doing business in the area, I'd just wait to return to a properly run store. I leave this review for those who are used to the higher customer service they are used to from other locations.
