I recently had a very positive experience at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous, professional, and attentive to my needs. They were knowledgeable about the services they provide and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, which made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. My order was handled efficiently, and everything was completed accurately and within the expected timeframe. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness of the staff to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s always refreshing to receive this level of customer service, especially when you’re trying to get something done quickly and correctly. I would definitely recommend this FedEx Office location to anyone looking for reliable printing and shipping services. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.

I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location. An employee was rude and unprofessional during my visit, which made a simple errand unnecessarily stressful. I expect better customer service and won’t be returning to this location unless something changes.
