  Fatima and Zahir Musa, as well as her office team, gave excellent service on the insurance quote over the phone. The process of getting a quote was done promptly, and the best pricing was very satisfying for my needs. Having a brand new car is a costly expense, and therefore, I would highly recommend going with Allstate with Fatima for Auto and Rental needs.

  Fast and competitive quote with multiple options in deductibles and coverage. I compared with liberty mutual, progressive, GEICO, travelers, and even an insurance broker, and Allstate got me the best rate. Fatima was also super friendly, helpful, and professional.

  Highly reccomend Fatima and her team as they were so helpful in securing for me a new homeowner's insurance policy quickly during a stressful time when I had to find a new insurer with just a week's notice. The communication and promptness were excellent and any changes to the proposal I noted were amended promptly. I had sent requests to 2 additional brokers as well and Fatima's team were the only one's that were able to meet the time constraints I had which I am very grateful for. I really appreciated Jessica explaining the benefits of raising some of the coverage limits compared to my previous policy too as it made me realize I had been underinsured under my previous insurer if a heavy loss event were to occur. In the end they were able to put together a new policy with better coverage for a lower rate I had been paying with State Farm.
